My Story
How It All Started
đHey everyone!
Iâm Ashley Boldt, the face (and hands!) behind Cookie Cravers By Ashley, LLC. My family and I live right in the heart of Packerland, Green Bay, Wisconsin! Iâm a wife, a mom to two growing boys, and a dog mom to the sweetest little pup.
Baking has always been a part of my life, mostly because I have a huge sweet tooth! What started as a childhood love for sweets has now turned into my very own home bakery. I create delicious cookies using simple, high-quality ingredients, the same ones Iâd use to bake for my own family. After taking some time away from social media to care for family and navigate unexpected loss, Iâm excited to be back doing what I love. My custom cut out cookies will always be my main focus, but Iâll be adding some fun new flavors throughout the year!
đ How It All StartedâŠ
Back in October 2021, I saw a Facebook post about a Halloween cookie decorating class. I thought it sounded fun, but to be honest, cut-out cookies were my least favorite to make. I always ended up covered in flour, rolling out dough a hundred times, and then still had to make frosting and decorate, way too much work for my impatient self.
đ€ But this class had everything prepped for us, we just got to decorate! My son and I had such a blast that I started practicing at home, giving away cookies as gifts during the holidays. Everyone loved them and kept asking where I bought them! When they found out I made them myself, they encouraged me to turn my new hobby into something more. And with that little boost of confidence, my home bakery was born!
đ Iâm not a professionally trained baker and I didnât go to culinary school. It took just one fun class with my son, a love for cookies, and a whole lot of passion. If youâve made it this far, thank you for reading my story and I hope that you will get to enjoy my homemade sweet treats!

Each cookie that is baked in my kitchen are home made to order in small batches. I also make hand decorated cut out cookies. Many people ask âWhat do you mean? Whatâs an iced cut out cookie?â To put it simply: itâs the same kind of cookie thatâs very popular for decorating at Christmas time. Donât you worry! These are fun ANY time of year! Decorated iced cut out cookies are so versatile to help celebrate many occasions like birthdays, graduations, valentineâs day, and many other holidays.
***Please keep in mind that I am a home baker and my products are created and baked in my private home, not subject to state licensing or inspections under the Cottage Law in the state of Wisconsin. My kitchen is used where equipment and appliances may come into contact with dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shell fish, wheat, eggs, soy, and gluten.
