Cravers Collective Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cravers Collective. Cravers Collective provides services through its Cookie Cravers By Ashley, LLC (custom decorated cookies) and Craver Creatives (content creations and UGC services) divisions. By purchasing products or services through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
General
- Cravers Collective is a small, independently owned business based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- Products and services offered through Cravers Collective are designed, created, and fulfilled by Ashley Boldt
- We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
Ordering and Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout to secure your cookie order or content package.
- For cookie orders: Availability may vary depending on scheduling. You’ll be able to choose a pickup or delivery date at checkout.
- For content services: Please submit a brand intake form before purchasing. This helps ensure we are aligned on project scope, deliverables, and expectations before purchase.
- Gift cards may be redeemed online and do not expire.
Custom Orders and Approvals
- Cookie designs and content videos are customized based on the details you provide during checkout.
- For cookie orders, we ask that you contact us first to ensure we can fulfill your design request.
- For content creation, once the concept is approved and filming begins, additional revisions beyond those included with the selected package may require and additional fee.
Turnaround Time
- Cookie orders are typically completed within 5-7 business days.
- Content services vary by project, but timelines will be discussed before booking.
- Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If unforeseen circumstances arise, clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final once payment is received.
- If you need to cancel a cookie order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Content creation bookings are non-refundable once work has begun. Requests submitted before production begins may be reviewed at Cravers Collective’s sole discretion.
Pickup and Delivery (Cookies only)
- Free local pickup and delivery is available for orders in the Green Bay area.
- Customers may choose a pickup time and date during checkout.
- Please be prompt and communicate any schedule changes in advance.
Shipping Disclaimer (Cookies only)
We do our best to package your cookies securely and with care. However, once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or breakage that may occur during shipping.
- Shipping timelines are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We do not offer refunds for cookies damaged or delayed in transit.
- If your order arrives with a significant issue, please reach out with photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can determine the best way to support you.

Use of Content
- All video and photo content created by Craver Creatives is for digital use only (social media, websites, email, etc.), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Ownership remains with Craver Creatives unless a buyout is arranged. Usage terms will be discussed before project approval.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cravers Collective retains the copyright to all original creative work. Clients receive the usage rights specified in their proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Any transfer of ownership or exclusive rights must be agreed to in writing before project completion.
Sales Tax Policy
- Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law. Tax rates are determined based on the type of product or service purchased, the customer’s location, and current tax regulations. Cravers Collective reserves the right to collect applicable taxes in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Intellectual Property
- All website content, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, branding, and original designs, is the property of Cravers Collective unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
