Welcome to Cravers Collective, home of Cookie Cravers and Craver Creatives! By purchasing cookies or content services through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
- Cravers Collective is a small, independently owned business based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- All products and services listed are created, packaged, and fulfilled by Ashley Boldt, a home baker and content creator.
- We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
Ordering and Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout to secure your cookie order or content package.
- For cookie orders: Availibility may vary depending on scheduling. You’ll be able to choose a pickup or delivery date at checkout.
- For content services: Please submit a brand intake form before purchasing. This ensure we’re aligned on deliverables and project scope.
- Gift cards may be redeemed online and do not expire.
Custom Orders and Approvals
- Cookie designs and content videos are customized based on the details you provide during checkout.
- For cookie orders, we ask that you contact us first to ensure we can fulfill your design request.
- For content creation, once the concept is approved and filming begins, changes may be limited. Minor revisions are typically included.
Turnaround Time
- Cookie orders are typically completed within 5-7 business days.
- Content services vary by project, but timelines will be discussed before booking.
- We’ll always do our best to meet agree-upon deadlines.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final once payment is received.
- If you need to cancel a cookie order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Content creation bookings are non-refundable once work has begun. If a cancellation is requested before production, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Pickup and Delivery (Cookies only)
- Free local pickup and delivery is available for orders in teh Green Bay area.
- Customer may choose a pickup time and date during checkout.
- Please be prompt and communicate any schedule changes in advance.
Shipping Disclaimer (Cookies only)
We do our best to package your cookies securely and with care. However, once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or breakage that may occur during shipping.
- Shipping timelines are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We do not offer refunds for cookies damaged or delayed in transit.
- If your order arrives with a significant issue, please reach out with photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can determine the best way to support you.
Note: This policy was created based on real experiences to ensure transparency and protect the integrity of each order.
Use of Content
- All video and photo content created by Craver Creatives is for digital use only (social media, websites, email, etc.), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Ownership remains with Craver Creatives unless a buyout is arranged. Usage terms will be discussed before project approval.
Sales Tax Policy
Cravers Collective operates two branches: Cookie Cravers (baked goods) and Craver Creatives (UGC services), both based in Wisconsin. The following outlines how sales tax applies to each:
- Cookie Cravers: Wisconsin does not require sales tax on most baked goods sold directly to customers. Orders fulfilled locally in Brown County are not subject to sales tax. If sales tax becomes applicable in another region or for a specific type of order, it will be clearly indicated at checkout.
- Craver Creatives: A 5% Wisconsin sales tax will be applied to all taxable digital services (including UGC videos, digital photos, and other downloadable content) for clients located in Wisconsin. Clients outside Wisconsin will not be charged sales tax unless required by their state. Clients are responsible for complying with local use tax laws if applicable.
