Each batch is made to order and handcrafted with care. As a home-based bakery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for baked goods unless the order is incorrect or an error occurred during fulfillment. Craver Creatives (Content Creation)
Content creation services are custom services and begin after client agreement and payment. Because content creation projects involve custom creative work, refunds are not available once production has begun. Minor revisions may be available in accordance with your selected service package or written agreement.
If there is a clear issue with the final delivery, please reach out within 3 business days of receiving the completed work so we can determine an appropriate resolution.
