Each batch is made to order and handcrafted with care. As a home-based bakery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for baked goods unless there is an error on our part. If you have concern about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving is, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Content creation services are custom-are and begin after client agreement and payment. Refunds are not available once filming has begun. If revisions are needed, we’re happy to discuss minor changes depending on the scope of the original agreement.
If there is a clear issue with the final delivery, please reach out within 3 business days of receiving the completed work so we can evaluate a resolution.
